AGNES ships to Belgium and EU countries.
Currently (update 1st of June, 2020) AGNES ships every order to Belgium for 2,50 euro no matter the order amount.
For Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxemburg and Austria, we charge 4,95 euro for every order.
Other EU or outside EU are charged 20 euro, no matter the order amount
Orders can be picked up at or office or delivered at home – FREE OF CHARGE

Since the COVID19 crisis and it's success, we are delivering your package at home in following towns:
VLAAMS-BRABANT: Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Londerzeel, Meise, Wolvertem, Grimbergen, Merchtem, Opwijk & Zemst
ANTWERPEN: Willebroek, Puurs-Sint-Amands, Bornem, Mechelen, Bonheiden, Boom, Niel en Schelle
for other towns; shipping cost of €2,50. We ask to respect this at the check-out.
AGNES aims to process and ship all orders within 3 working days, if the item is available. Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
Our courrier BPOST or DPD delivers from Monday to Friday. You can track the package by using the track and trace code, which we send to you by e-mail after your package is shipped.
Delivery rules and restrictions:
Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not classed as business/working days.
If you have not received your delivery within 3-5 working days, please track your order or contact our Customer service.
Please note that an order placed on Friday afternoon, or during the weekend, will only be processed on Monday.
During busy periods, such as the end of the year or during the sales, delivery may take a little longer.
- During the COVID19 crisis, delivery is out of our hands and may take longer than expected.
If there is an item missing from your order, please report this to our customer services department and we will investigate the issue further for you.
Please also check that the item has not become caught within the package, as small items can sometimes become entangled in the inner paper of void fill packaging.
We do endeavor to package items as securely as possible however rough handling in transit can sometimes cause damage which is beyond our control.
Please report any damages to our customer services department and we will assist you further with the issue. Please specify which item(s) is affected and the damage that has occurred.
Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.
We apologize if we have made an error regarding your order and sent an incorrect item.
Please report this to our customer services department, letting us know what you have received in error and we will do our very best to rectify any mistakes made as soon as possible.
Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You have the right to return it within 15 calendar days after you've received it. Only the costs of return are for you; this includes shipping and procedure costs.
You notify us within the term of 14 calendar days after receipt that you will cancel the agreement. After you have invoked the right of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.
We advise you to keep the items in original condition and / or packaging including tag. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we can hold you liable for the depreciation that the good has suffered as a result and claim compensation for it that is proportional to this depreciation. (article VI.51 §2 WER)
Products in sales (solden) can only be refunded in a gift card (value=sale value), and can only be exchanged if the item is available and approved. Products in crazy flash sales (at the end of each sale season, whereas sales are up to -80%) can not be refunded and can only be changed in different size if the item is available and approved. Not previously requested returns or unstamped returns are not accepted !!!
Slips & swimwear are sent in sealed packaging if these packaging is no longer sealed, we can not accept the return for hygienic reasons.
How do I return an item to AGNES?
Follow these 3 easy steps to return your items by mail.
Step 1: Go to shopagnes.shipping-portal.com
Enter your order number and postcode in the requested fields and click Start a Return.
Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Step 2: Package your return
Package your return item in the AGNES packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a box to prevent damage in transit. We advise you to return the goods, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original labels. Together with the completed return form that you can download here. You will receive the paid amounts as quickly as possible on the account number you have chosen. We undertake to make the refund at the latest within a period of 14 days after we have received the goods back from you.
How do I exchange an item?
Do you want to exchange your purchase for a different size? That's no problem!
